Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We would like to ensure the smooth and timely running of your pet’s grooming session in as stress free an environment as possible.

Please read all the details below as these may affect you.

Please be aware that when we use the word “You” we are referring to the client. When we use the words “Pawsh Dogs”, “We” and “Us” we are referring to Pawsh Dogs Ltd.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen i.e. hospital appointment; car has broken down, emergency visit to the veterinary surgery, etc.

We provide a courtesy reminder service four days before your scheduled appointment via email. However, should you not receive this reminder – it is still your responsibility to let us know that you would like to re-arrange or cancel your appointment.

Cancelled or appointment’s that need to be rescheduled need to be advised a minimum of 24 hours working notice in advance, anything outside of this and the full price of the groom will be applicable for the appointment un-attended and prior to any further appointments being booked.

As much as we understand that in exceptional circumstances you will not always be able to provide 24 hours’ notice we hope you appreciate that we have staff salaries to pay and a salon to run.

The health and welfare of your pet is of utmost importance to us.

Therefore, we believe that you will understand and appreciate these rules. We would be most grateful for your co-operation, should you feel that these rules may affect you, please feel more than welcome to speak to me. My customers are very important, and any feedback would be taken into consideration.
