Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Please be aware that when we use the word “You” we are referring to the client. When we use the words “Pawsh Dogs”, “We” and “Us” we are referring to Pawsh Dogs Ltd.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen i.e. hospital appointment; car has broken down, emergency visit to the veterinary surgery, etc.
We provide a courtesy reminder service four days before your scheduled appointment via email. However, should you not receive this reminder – it is still your responsibility to let us know that you would like to re-arrange or cancel your appointment.
Cancelled appointment’s or those requiring rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours working notice, or 50% of the groom will be applicable. The 50% fee will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked.
If an appointment is cancelled or requires rescheduling with 24hrs or less notice the full price of the groom will be required.
As much as we understand that in exceptional circumstances you will not always be able to provide notice we hope you appreciate that we have staff salaries to pay and a business to run.
